performance air systems kits

Hello everyone,
I have been searching around for where to start upgrading my 2001 s60 2.4t. I have found two different pieces to get that I feel will be very helpfull:

The problem is I cant find any real numbers of power or performance increases. Im looking to see if anyone on here has these installed on there car.

Also if I do get them will I need to modify to ensure nothing breaks from the new parts. This is just a start for me Trying to knock one system out of the way at a time, next is the downpipe/ehaust

Start with a tune. Contact ARD Tunes above. he will advise you on what to add to the car with each tun to gain the most power per dollar. These pipes will yield close to nothing. The bottle neck in whiteblock cars is usually the down pipe and exhaust.
