vibrating heat sheild on fire wall

hi, just came back from florida and on the way a chattering of the heat sheild on the fire wall next to the turbo charger started. it happens between 40and 60 mph any hints on why and how to stop it. it sounds like a card in a bicyce wheel. thanks bob
