2012 buying decision...

OK...decision time. As I mentioned, I looked at a 2012 XC70 FWD...black, tan interior. 24,000 miles. Visually, nice...car fax is clean. My concern...such high milage on a new-ish car. No way to know what it has been through...or not. It has the remainer of the factory warranty (50-5yrs) left.
Any concerns?
