volvo mechanic in Dallas area

Someone (I think it was whiteturbo850) said that his friend can work on a volvo cars. I need a local mechanic to fix the following:

- replace lower struts
- change transmission fluid
- change dash lights

Mine is 97 850 and I just got the timing belt changed with the dealer. Teh service light just showed up and not sure if it means that there is something wrong or I have to do regular maintenance like change spark plugs, change fluids and so on.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If not a local mechanic, can anyone recommond a repair shop ??
