Euro Hitch Mounted Bicycle Carrier

Greeting all.

I need a little advice.

I've picked up a hitch mounted bicycle carrier

Here's the problem. It's got a 13 pin Euro connector on it. Can I purchase the 13 pin wiring harness from a UK dealer and integrate this carrier (and use it's lights) on my 2013 XC90 if I install that Harness?
