2003 S60 fog light assembly replacement

Sorry if this is a repeat - I can't figure out the search function. Has anyone posted a procedure to replace the left front fog light assembly on a 2003 S60 2.4T? Can this be done without loosening or removing the bumper? I hear that the top torx screw is difficult to reach.

Just drop the radiator splash shield. Still may be difficult to do on the ground.
