'01 V70 T5 Seats & Door Panels (Colorado)

Post by CoVoVo »

For sale are the seats and door panels from a 2001 V70 T5 (Trim Code AA81). Will fit all V70 & XC70 years 2001-2007. Located in Golden, CO.

Make me an offer! I'd really like to get this stuff out of my garage, and will sell cheap if you take all of it!

Front & rear "Sport Package" seats. Power, memory front. 60/40 split rear. Includes retracting luggage screen. Leather is showing wear but is not ripped.

Door cards/panels, WITH working window switches. In decent shape.

Mainly just the interior stuff, but I've also got the following available:

-Alternator (dirty, but works)
-Brake Booster (like new condition)
-Stock turbo inlet pipe (no PTC included)
-Stock exhaust manifold
-Knock sensor
-HU613 Headunit

I'm sort of looking, too. I just pulled the turbo from my T5 a couple days ago since I am replacing the exhaust manifold gaskets anyways. It's got some shaft play; figure I might as well address it while I've got it out. But haven't really figured out yet whether ill try to tackle rebuilding it myself or what.

Check coloradoturbo.com (near Parker) and TEC www.streetperformance.com (golden). Both do turbo sourcing and rebuilds. I'm going to talk to both tomorrow about getting mine rebuilt.

Well i tried to get ahold of coloradoturbo.com and it does'n't look like they are in business anymore and i couldn't find any volvo turbos on street performance. Did you have any better luck?

No I had far worse luck. Took my turbo to Colorado Turbo, paid him $500 for the rebuild, and he fell off the face of the earth. That was a month ago. Nobody seems to know what happened to the guy. I actually don't think it was fraud - the guy has a legit business front, and there's an auto shop down the street that has worked with him in the past. I think the guy died or something. I should at least get my money back by filing a claim through the credit card company. So I ended up just buying a reman through a place in Cali called Pure Turbos. They had one in stock and got it to me in 2 days. Quality seems good, although I'm still getting the car buttoned back up so we'll see after we get some miles on it. Hopefully at some point I'll be able to get my old turbo back, if for nothing else then for getting my core charge back.

What a nightmare...
