Well, truth be told it was my own fault for taking a short cut when replacing the timing belt ... I didn't replace the tensioner bearing and yes it exploded, while I was driving
Since I don't have the time or the space to replace the motor I have done the next best thing and completely stripped pretty much everything that was bolted down. In the couple of years that we had it, I did quite a bit of work and the previous owner got fleeced by more than one dubious garage ... translation - lots of new parts!
Unfortunately my wife has won the argument over the next vehicle and I was forced to purchase what my brother affectionately calls the Loser Cruiser - an 05 Dodge Grand Caravan
So, in the meantime I have no idea when the next Volvo will be along and thought that I might offer up the various parts to forum users in the hopes of helping someone out of a jam.Everything is up for grabs, from brakes to suspension to a full turbo setup including manifold and exhaust with newish cat and the ECU. Chances are whatever you need I have in a bin in the basement!
