Upgrade to a 2011 S40 T5 with 30k?

I have a 2006 s40 2.4i with 99k

I'm looking at a 2011 s40 T5 with 30k. It's in pretty good shape but there are a few things I wanted to get some advice on:

1. No heated seats. We're in northern Ohio and I'm going to want to add it. Anybody done this and have suggestions?

2. The aluminum trim kit has some dents/marks on it and I am considering replacing it. Is this a dealer only item or can I get it somewhere else? I have seen the overlay kits that glue on to the existing pieces. Not sure how this will look.

3. The passenger side door does not have a power lock option. I have never seen this on newer cars that have power locks/windows, etc. Is this normal and could I add this option or is it not worth the trouble?
