'01- S40...how do I remove steering wheel?

2001 S40= Horn does NOT work...I feel that it is the horn contact under the steering wheel. What tools to take off the steering wheel? I can see a torn, what size? What is the procedure to remove the air bag?

I cannot get the Steering wheel off of my 2001 S-40. I read that it is a Torx 30...set at an angle. I cannot get it! Any hints?
