2004 xc90 t6 3rd transmission only 69,000 miles

Can anyone help me? My xc90 t6 went into the shop monday for its 3rd transmission!! The car only 69,000 miles on it!!! Volvo keeps giving me the run around on everything. Everyone i talk to knows nothing about anything! Can a lawyer help me? Is their a lemon law i can use? Anyone with any information let me know, it would be help me out alot..

make sure your tires are the same size on all 4 wheels and about the same thread where

Also this is not a Volvo or Asian Warner transmission its a junk GM made 4T65
