To whom it may concern,

1998 Volvo S70 2.4L BASE

I am in need of diagnosing The ABS/TRAC CNTRL light illuminated on the dash board.
I will need use of VAG-COM and/or VOL-FCR Cable Equipment. If anything else is needed I may be able to supply.
I would be willing to travel a reasonable distance if needed.
Please let me know if you are interested.

Thanks,

North42g

There are multiple repairers of the ABS/TRACS system board and one of them is Matty Moo right here on this forum. There is also a write-up procedure for a DIY repair of this board here on this forum.

Here's a link to the repair: https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/forums ... hp?t=12651

When solder joints have cracks which sometimes connect and sometimes don't you'll have intermittent ABS light on the dash panel. Cost for repair if you send it away is around $75.
