'91 240 d/s brake light stuck on

'91 240 d/s brake light stuck on

I have seen this topic addressed, but not quite completely.

Issue: d/s rear brake light stuck on - contacts have been cleaned, ground appears solid. Brake switch seems fine as p/s brake light illuminates correctly. Both filaments on dual filament bulb appear okay.

Could the problem be the bulb holder?
