Lost my mpgs somewhere

Hi all, I was getting a very consistant 21 mpgs in my 03 xc90 2.5 awd until I put new tires on, now I'm lucky to be in the 19 mpg range. The odd part is i got low rolling resistance tires, the yokohama avid ascend to be exact. seem odd to me but maybe its som ething else. i was running premium fuel for about a week or so but can't imagine thats the problem. any thoughts on what to check? thanks

Tire air pressure

x2 on the tire pressure; we had our tires replaced recently and they only put 32psi in them. After chalk testing, I ended up with roughly 40psi in the front tires and 38 in the rears.

Also, we're getting winter blend fuels in MA as well - my wife's T6 was down around 15.8mpg last tank.
