. I currently have a stage 3+ v70 t5m with suspension, sway bars, poly bushings, and ton of other mods. I spun a rod bearing and I'm currently looking to build my motor for 350 to 400 hp on the tire. I have forged h beam rods from snaab already, but I'm looking for a cheaper alternative for rod and main bearings, and forged pistons. I'm also looking for a new turbo to support my hp goals, that has a quick spool time and in currently thinking the super 16 g would be a good candidate for this. I have a lot of questions so I'm thinking I'll just make a list and any help you guys can provide will be greatly appreciated, along with anything i missed hopefully.Parts i have:
2 2.3 motors both with spun bearings
1 stock t5 turbo (16t?)
Set of forged rods
What i think I'll need and what I'm looking for suggestions on:
Fuel pump
Injectors
Pistons
Rods and Mains
Aftermarket clutch
Turbo
Possible ecu tune although running the Rica 3+ currently, was told it could support additional boost without retune but not sure if that's true.
Ported exhaust manifold.
Like i said any help is greatly appreciated, im excited to get started but want to be smart about the decisions i make. Ps i know the stock pistons are good for around 450 hp but fur what Volvo wants for them its cheaper to go forged, so unless you guys know of a cheaper stock piston supplier i think forged is the way to go.
