s70 t5 intermitten no blower motor operation

1998 volvo s70 t5 with dual climate control. occasionally, the blower motor will not operate and the climate control lights will systematically flash. customer dropped it off for her appointment today and as always, blower motor operates perfectly in every setting. is there a way i can get climate control codes or do i just have to wait for the blower to start failing again?
