Because my srs airbag urgent light was on, and transmission service light was on. Made appointment last week. My Volvo dealership is 2 hours away. While traveling my car kept losing power when I hit the gas. Jeff in service told me they could hook it up and diagnose any codes for 120.00 bucks. Got there they cleared all the codes that had been compiling over the years. Car ran horrible for the tech. They came back and a single code had popped up. It was the charge air pipe that had detached from under intake manifold. they discovered this by injecting the smoke test to reveal any leaks. then they updated all the software for the computer system. Detailed my car and sent me on my merry way. Car is fixed, no messages, and it cost me 120.00 bucks. Thanks Tempe Volvo in Arizona! btw Volvo offers free lifetime software updates on all their cars...take advantage folks.

Pipe came off again. the inner spring clamp had too much dirt and debris between the outer clamp and had slipped out of the outer clamp. cleaned it super good and no more issue. Cleaned my ETM while the pipe was off. My girl (car) is so happy now. So I bought her a couple furs for the seats and dash kit bling!

I am really starting to love this Volvo. Tomorrow she gets new bushings and ball joints.
