White smoke throughout the exhaust

Hey! I have a s60 2001 T5 volvo and I recently changed the head set gaskets and the turbine, since it was damaged and the smoke of the exhaust was white. Even thought we changed the turbine, it keeps releasing white smoke throughout the exhaust. What can I do or what could it be? Also, I had a question about the timing belt and how to put it back correctly, because we already installed it but know its making a little noise. Thanks for the help!
