Hello first excuse me on my English.
I have Volvo 460 1995 year 1.9 TD. Problem is that I use car, liquid for cooling engine (motor) missing and tempetature of engine is starting up too much and too hot. Some people says that is problem with middle part of engine in my country naming HEAD or down part of engine naming BLOCK of the engine. Thay says surface of that parts or only one part (head or block) is not good or surface is not flat and that's producing mixing air and liquid coolant for engine. Thay showed me the hose (or pipe or tube) is under big pressure. Hose is for flow liquid coolant. What do you mean?

Welcome to Matthew's Volvo Site.
No need for an apology about your English as it is much better than my Montenegrin!
By your description of the problem I would say that the cylinder head gasket has failed. This gasket sits between the cylinder head and the engine block. If it fails the engine will overheat, sometimes mixing the coolant with the oil. You should stop using the car immediately to prevent any further damage.
Replacing the cylinder head gasket on this car can be complicated as there is so much to remove before you can get to the gasket. Once the engine is dismantled it is vital that the cylinder head is carefully checked to see if the overheating has made it warp. If it has warped then you must replace it as this particular head can not be resurfaced. Checking the head can be done by using a steel straight edge and feeler gauges. The straight edge is placed diagonally across the head and any gap between the straight edge and the head is measured with the feeler gauge. The maximum warpage allowed is 0.05 mm. Not much really!!
If you require instructions for replacing the gasket let us know.
Bill.
