Can the coolant become brown with 94000 miles?

Seems blown gasket, rust, oil leak can all do change the color of coolant to be brown.
But as for the blow gasket: it should show some smoky problem from the exhaust but it doesn't blow any more than other cars.

Car is Volvo XC90 2006 2.5T.
