You know the Sport/Econ and Winter switch? That needs to be cleaned.

Try flipping it back and forth rapidly. If that doesn't work, get some electrical contact cleaner spray and try that. Worst-case scenario, you may have to disassemble the console and clean the contacts on the switch by hand.
