Removing headlamps from 2002 s40

I'm trying to remove the front headlamps from a 2002 s40. My headlamps also have the wipers as well. What steps do I take to removing them out? I read steps to removing it without removing the bumper. Is there any pictures or video that can show me step by step. Also, is the headlamps seal or is it just held in with the metal clips? I was wondering if the headlamps needs resealing after opening. Thanks.
