Heater Core Fittings

I am planning on replacing the heater core in my '86 740 GLE wagon. In the meantime, I am getting foggy windows from the moist air coming out when I use the defroster. I would like to bypass the heater core by running a loop at the fittings coming off of the radiator, or capping them off. Is there a hose or cap I can buy that will fit the threads on the radiator to accomplish this?
