v70 glt upgrades

I am looking to buy a v70 wagon here shortly. Looking 98-00. I see the glt has the 2.4 with low boost turbo. I am on a budget and was wondering if there are inexpensive upgrades to get the ponies up to around the 230hp like the t-5 or if I should wait to find a t-5.
