Volvo Palisades factory parts - Heads-Up

Hi all,

I'd like to know if any of you has ordered recently stuff from https://www.palisadesvolvomazdafactoryparts.com

I placed an order on April 18th, after various attempts to contact them via email (and an unanswered call ), Dwayne replied that my package had shipped on April 26th, I asked him the tracking # and he provided it.

To-date, the tracking # reports 'Initiated' and I have been confirmed by Fedex that they were notified of the shipment but never got anything to ship.

In the meantime the website went down and heard nothing from Dwayne: [email protected]

At this point I can only think they shut down the shop and I got cheated.

I just wanted to give all a heads-up and, should you have any additional info, please let me know.

Contact your cc company and reverse the charge
