I've been watching this one for a few weeks, an older listing asked $8.5k, then this one asked $8k clearance 40% off, dropped last week to $7k clearance 50% off, called & wanted to talk money but they refused on the phone, my guess is they have to vacate the lot by the end of the month, although it already is cheap for the location there maybe more wiggle room on the price, if you're looking for a deal this may be your's, I got my unexpected local deal, good luck!
