Wiring diagram

Post by crazyace1104 »

Hey guys. I know there is a giant PDF out there of all our wiring and yes I have it :)

My question is to see if anyone has a diagram of how our ignition coils are wired? I know green/white is power(12v) but I wanted to see exactly there those wires go to and if they ever go into one wire or stay 5 separate wires throughout the entire engine harness.

Let me know what ya got!

Thanks
Connor

I have a 2005 s60r...tho any s60 diagram might be able to wrap my head around it :)

The internal amp in each coil has a unique signal lead. Power is common feed via relay and there are two groups of coils with common grounds.
ECM pins: 1-A31, 2-A30, 3-A50, 4-A52, and 5-A51
The signal is a pulse of 3 V DC +/- and its duration is coil primary on time (coil saturation).
There is a 4th wire terminal that may have a white wire. It is a signal proportional to secondary voltage but Bosch doesn't use it and I'm unsure if an 05 R has that wire. I don't think so as I only recall 3 wires in coil connector on my 2004 VR.
