Hello, I have a 2000 Volvo S80 that turns over but won't start. I checked the fuel pump and it seems to not be receiving the required voltage. I used a power probe and added some voltage from the battery. This started the vehicle while I had the power probe was connected to it, so the fuel pump is receiving low voltage. Could this be the fuel pump relay and if so where is it located on the 2.9 non turbo edition?
I also read that an inertia switch or the alarm siren could be the culprit. Could someone please help me with this issue.
