Hi,
I'd like to install a Hayden transmission cooler on my 960 / V90 for trailer towing. Where on this earth can one find the brass pipe to hose adapters to put the cooler in the upper transmission cooling line circuit? I've measured the fittings on the line and radiator. The male end on the line is 16MM outer diameter and the female end on the radiator is 14MM inner diameter. A 1.5MM thread is used. Can anyone tell me where I can buy them?
Thanks,
Mark

On my 960 I bypassed the internal cooler of the radiator due to its failure then simply cut the lines with a plumber's wheel cutting tool which leaves no fragments and used clamps and the hose that came with the kit.
The internal cooler is a time bomb anyway. When it fails it will allow coolant in the transmission and will damage it which is what happened to mine. I used a B & M brand cooler and the new owner loves his ride.

Right, I posted a whole other thread about this about a year ago. I went to a "performance" auto and hydraulic store to get the fittings. I used the B&M cooler on mine. I did not like the zip tie mounts, so I demonstrated the mounting method I used.

It was a B&M size was a BTU rating I don't remember, it could have been 2500.
It was approximately 1.5inches thick and roughly 9" x 5" .
