Interior trim parts

Does anybody know of a good source for interior trim parts? I'm looking for a fan speed knob for my '98 S70 and a shifter knob for my '94 850, among other things. I'll try my local junk yard (sorry, salvage yard) but they don't seem to have many Volvos. Hmm, wonder why?
