1991 740 fuel filter removal (regina)

I need help getting the fuel filter off of my wagon. I was able to remove the front banjo bolt with a socket but the rear has some (possibly) aftermarket fitting that does not use a banjo fitting which means I can not use of socket. I have a 27 mm wrench for the filter grip and a 19mm for the bolt but they will not break free even after a good soaking in pb blaster. Any ideas? I attached a pic of the tank to filter fitting.
