2005 S60 Engine Code P0811/Clutch/Help/Please/Thanks

Hey all. Wife was tooling around in the car while I was out of town and ran into some tranny issues. She can't describe anything abnormal happening before the check engine and 'transmission service required' lights came on, but the car went into limp mode and she parked it in the driveway, where it's been since.

Pulled the codes, P0811 came up, which evidently means excessive clutch slippage.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot the issue? Any help, as always, is deeply appreciated.
