5-speed swap kit $800 - Madison, VA

5 speed trans and all linkage, shifter, pressure plate, hydraulics, etc. Came out of a 182k wagon (1994).
Pulled all this for my 96 turbo wagon conversion but the reality is I will never get around to it and I kinda need some money. Willing to ship at your expense/risk.

Did you pay 800 for all that? Most people only spend about 500 at the junkyard. Price seems excessive for an untested transmission. Can you verify the transmission actually works?

I am not trying to be rude or anything but I am in middle of piecing my tranny swap together and total cost does not come out to 800(maybe with labor to install everything). Based on my extensive research, most people pay about 500-600 in total for parts only. My cost for everything needed is coming under 500(some new parts will need to be purchased new).

My 96 was totaled on tues

. I now have no need of keeping this swap kit. I am dropping my asking price to $500 but I am open to all offers. I also have a AW5040 auto trans with about 85k on it-Make offer.
Both the 96 turbo which runs strong (you can still drive it just fine its just that the "A" pillar is too damaged to get a windshield to seat without expensive body work) and the 94 turbo (bad trans) are for sale or to be parted out. $500 apiece or let me know what you need. I want them both gone before december 31 so as to avoid paying next years property taxes so I will be scrapping them if all else fails.

I also have Boxes and boxes...and boxes full of 850 parts (probably 1,000 lbs of stuff including a good turbo on manifold, motor parts, body parts, interior parts...etc...etc...etc!) I would like to sell either individually or preferably a fair offer on everything.
If you can come take everything I have (both complete cars, the good auto trans, the 5-speed trans with all shift and clutch parts and all my boxes of parts including several nice body panels (hood, fenders, bumpers,etc.) I will let it ALL go for $1200
