Hi, I Changed my transmission oil 20,000 KM ago, and putted Castrol with lucus oil. I rarely feels jerk while engine/transmission hot...I want to change the oil now...but as per my last experience when I dropped the pan and lost the transmission............I do not want to change oil completely.
my question is can I top up or change 3 or 4 liters with Merc or Volvo same specified oil ?

When you say "rarely feels jerk" does that mean it does once in awhile? You can mix transmission oils but if you are having problems you may want to do a flush (not with a machine) so you have all clean fluid.
