Volvo of Saskatoon

Post by benrk »

Hi,

I just purchased a pair of headlight wiper blades @ Volvo of Saskatoon & was pleasently surprised, $24 roughly matches the autopartsway online price, I would never have thought!
Apparently somebody understood that many DIY'ers are buying online now, the receipt didn't even say Volvo of Saskatoon but AutoSport instead, same address, I guess that may be a feasible alternative to buying from the US if you're living up here hours away from the border.

Many dealers are selling under a side-name. Same warehouse, same people, different web site.

Good for you on the price.
Help keep MVS on the web -> click sponsors' links here on MVS when you buy from them.

Also -> Amazon link
. Click that when you go to buy something on Amazon and MVS gets a cut!

I live in Winnipeg, BMW, former Ford luxury brands & formerly Saab are all under the Birchwood group, no brand affinity or enthusiast/club support, just rediculous pricing & poor service & if they had to they'd sell cell phones or their grandmother...

Same idea with Volvo of Victoria (Jim Pattison) for example a license plate bracket $54.95, alternator $655, PCV service $598.88, serpentine belt $120? Prices I get for quotes are through the roof. Oh more recently the tailgate gas shocks for my V70 $125 each, autopartsway.ca $130 delivered in two days with tax and OEM. It just amazes me.
