I wanted to bump this thread, but it is not fiberglass being repaired. It is pliable polyurethane type of plastic to be repaired.

I was considering using tape to hold the cracks together on the front side, while buildind acouple layers of fiberglass on the inside.

I am also speaking of a T-5R bumper cover/valance. This one is more than a little cracked after an accident.

I've left in in the sun for a couple weeks, it will likely be a couple more till I get to it, but it has gone back to its original shape, for the most part.

Aside from the cracks needing to be reinforced, I believe it to be redeemable.

Not sure if fiberglass is the answer, because it should still remain somewhat pliable.

I may start a new thread that does not include Fiberglass in the title.

Open for input before I start to experiment.
