Would any of you pay $900 for this car if it had 332k miles on it but ran great and just passed State safety inspection? The guy is asking $1200 for it but said he would consider my offer. It's in decent shape, considering its age and mileage, as well.

I am not an expert mechanic, but I will attempt any repair. Worst case scenario is I screw it up worse than it was.
