91 740 Horn doesn't work

Hello mates,

I need to fix my horn to pass the inspection but I don't know what to check or where to start to check.
Any help would be appreciated it....

I would make sure the fuse is good 1st thing. Then you could check to see if your getting power to the horn and that the horn ground is good. If no power to horn itself, the problem will be in the wiring from steering wheel contact for the horn or a broken power wire itself. To get thru inspection you could always install a secondary button for it just to get it to pass unless your inspection requires it to work from factory installed button.
