I think my head gasket is bad 850 non turbo '94 Topic is solved

ok guys I think my head gasket is bad because when I start the car in the morning it has a very rough idle for a couple seconds and the I see a big cloud of smoke from the tailpipe. I have not driven the car for a while it was parked for the last 7 to 8 months. it also makes a squiking sound every once in a while on the water pump side of the engine and engine lowers rpm momentariliy could that be the pump or the belt pulley bearing? thanks you your timw any help will be graetly apreciated.
