97 V70 10V 2.5 petrol Misfire / shudder on acceleration

97 V70 10V 2.5 petrol Misfire / shudder on acceleration

When accelerating either from standstill or after cruising at a contstant speed, my V70 shudders with loss of power and then all is OK. What could be causing this. Spark plugs have been changed and car serviced.

MAF (Mass Air Flow Sensor) going bad, bad wires, or bad rotor...my guesses.
