I would like to buy all the parts needed to do a timing belt service but I am wondering if there is a way to know which tensioner bearing I have,
I read that they are mechanical or Hydraulic and I don't know which is in my vehicle.
Is there a way I can tell from Vin ?
Please any assistance is appreciated as I would like to order the parts soon
Thank you
Peter

you will either have to use the engine vin off the timing cover or remove the cover and visually verify what tensioner you have.
