2000 C70 cd changer din cable

I need an extension cable to locate a cd changer under the rear deck in the trunk. Are the 8 pin mini din cables all the same? Or is there a specific type I need to get? I should be able to get by with a 4 footer but a longer one could be tucked out of the way. Thanks!

They are evidently NOT all the same. Ordered and received an 8 pin mini din male to female 6ft cable and neither end would successfully plug into where I needed it to. I was hoping to avoid removing one from a junk yard car, but that seems like my best option now. A bit of work but I know it will work.
