I ordered a cable for my c70's convertible top stowage compartment as my first purchase when I got back from my deployment. When I received the wrong part I double checked their site with others and noticed that their diagram/catalog don't match each other making impossible to identify the right part. They don't respond to emails or return phone calls and thus not giving me a refund. I've seen on other forums the same problem. I'm sure others have had satisfactory service from mysweedishparts but has anyone else here having trouble with them?

I have had success in my orders with them, but there is a specific way to send messages on their website. Email does not work.
