Is there anybody out there who has experience with the Coil Spring Insulator Front Lower 31329206?
Will it fit with Monroe 71699 (or Sachs 553 058) front struts?

I would say it looks generic enough to install on the other brands. The Spring perch can't be too far off from the OE or the Spring would not fit in or well. Give FCP a call to confirm.

Is this for a P2 car (2001 to 2008) or are you trying to adapt it to a P80 V70?
According to FCP it suits P2s.
The spring diameter is not shared from P2s to P80s and the Monroe 71699s are definitely for P80s
