2003 V702.4T Boost Levels

So ive been playing with my car.
I had the stock tcv and installed a manual boost controller.
I was getting around 12-13psi.

I ordered an IPD TCV and took out the controller and stock tcv.
And i am now getting a solid 5-6 psi.

How can i increase it back up to 12-13 or more?
Without buying a 800-900$ software tuner.
I wish i could afford that but i cannot.

I also ran the turbo compressor tubing into a T line and ran it to the IPD TCV and a boost gauge.
Did i do that right?
