95 850 turbo idleing rough

Post by chris4256 »

Hey guys need some help here. This past weekend I did a 5 speed swap, valve seals, na cams, timing belt and water pump, na throttle body, pcv system, and replaced all vacuum lines. The car was running great until last night. I went for a short drive and came back. About an hour later I had to move my car and it started really rough and idled pretty rough as well. So I took it for a spin and the car had absolutely zero power. So I waited until this morning to look into the problem and could not find any obvious problems besides a vacuum cap that fell off, I got really excited to see that so I recapped and it made zero difference. There's no check engine light on so I figured I would try some spare parts I have. I tried the maf, ignition coil, idle air pump, tried different plugs and wires. But still nothing any help would be great. Thanks

Check intercooler hoses.

Ok so I check all vacuum lines and intercooler hoses. No luck still running rough and doesn't want to rev very well. I'm out of ideas at the moment.

Ok guys so I changed my injectors kind of fixed the problem but not completely. Still has no power. It spools to 14 pounds which I have it set at but it doesn't build any power with the boost. There's no misfire codes or anything.

Sounds like timing is off. I'd check them first.

I forgot to mention I just checked the timing. The marks line up exactly the way they should
