Are manual tranny S60's with leather rare?

So... I'd like to find an S60, 2000 - 2005, manual transmission, with leather.... but when I look online nationwide, there are very few manuals, and most have that really ugly cloth interior with diamond pattern. Sorry if you guys like that interior.... it's great.... really.... just I'd like leather.

I saw leather on several R cars.... So... did the R come with leather standard? Are all R cars AWD? I'd prefer a fwd to keep the complexity level down a bit. Were all R model manuals equipped with the 6 speed?

Would it be possible to swap the seats and interior panels from a leather clad automatic into a cloth 5 speed? I don't really need the R....
Any advice on finding what I'm looking for?

Leather is easy, finding a manual is the hard part. As far as I know, the only manuals in this country are from those who special order.

Just a little secret, most cloth seats are manual and leather seats are powered. While they swap, the wiring might not be there.

The "R" model did make it to the USA and some of them are 6 speed manual. Nothing wrong with having awd, the mpg is almost the same, and it is nice to have 300bhp.

North American spec S60 line debuted in model year 2001. From here down, I'll narrow my conversation to P2 R cars, and throw down what I know...

_P2 Rs ran from MY 2004-2007 -- S60 R and V70 R -- and I don't think you could buy one with cloth seats. I've never heard of such an animal in any case.

_Here's a Volvo P2 R page I put up with links to various related items. The S60 R and V70 R cars are mechanically nearly identical, and in both torque was reduced to ~250 lb-ft with the automatics(!).

_Use Google Alerts to help find the car you want. It turns Craigslist.com from a chore into pure Used Volvo Listings Delight™.

_Demand for manuals far exceeds that of supply. It's like that now with the P80 line also. Smart owners are getting a premium for manuals when they sell. Here's an example:
