01 volvo s60 t5 manual turbo cuts off and car pulls back

Hello I have a 01 Volvo s60 t5 manual trans a few months ago i bought the car . Well after a hour drive or so, when I get off the freeway and I go to take off, it feels like and sounds like the turbo is not working. And when I let go of the gas it pulls back really bad. I have no check engine light on. a month or so ago I had a misfire in cylinder 3, so I replaced all the spark plugs, and the 1 coil and it fixed the misfire and the problem I am having. but a few weeks later it started back up again. And another thing is when I release the clutch when I take off it stutters bad. and when it is hot and I hold my clutch and a certain point the engine starts to sputter. Ow yea and when I start it it starts rough and lasts for a couple of seconds and goes away expacialey in the morning. If you can help please I am getting so stressed out I feel like selling it and it just rolled 170000
