1999 V70 XC #4 fuse short, no-start. MVSOLVED coil wire
Please help. I replaced the spark plugs, timing belt, water pump, valve stem seals and took off the intake manifold to check on the pcv system. got everything back together but now it is blowing the #4 fuse and won't start. What do I need to be looking for. I need to get this car back on the road.

Take a good look at the wire harness that leads to your injectors. This harness probably has the plastic loom that has rotted out. you should look for chaffed or pinched wires that were disturbed when you moved around the fuel rail and the manifold.

Also the wires to the coils...they get 12VDC constant and are grounded by the ECU to fire. Those wires also rot off the looms and can short.
