Hello:
My windshield washer pump is no longer working. No sound comes from the pump so I know it isn't plugged. I have checked the fuses and they all seem to be fine so I suspect the pump is gone.
Does anyone have instructions on how to replace the pump? I have read that I need to remove the bumper. Is that required? I have not removed the bumper before. Is there a way to determine if the pump motor had died w/o having to remove the bumper?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks, Kevin

2002 Volvo S60 2.4T AWD : How to replace washer pump
Update:
I replaced the washer motor and still no fluid spraying. I checked the voltage on the washer motor harness and got 12V when I called for washer spray. I assume that is what it's suppose to be. Could the lines be clogged? If so, would I not hear to motor straining? There is no sound coming from the washer motor?
Is there an easy way to test the washer mother outside of the car? Could I hook it up to a 12v batter?
If you have any ideas, please let me know.
